I have been using the Bright Calendar system on my website for almost a year now. I am 100% thrilled! I looked at just about every online reservation system on the market before making my decision. When I had narrowed it down to two, I spoke with the sales person from the competing company and told him which that it was down to him and Bright Calendar. I told him that his price was a little over double the price of Bright Calendar, so he said well let me take a look and I will call you back in an hour. Surprisingly - he called me back about 45 minutes later and said -"You know, I would choose Bright calendar!"

The system is so easy to use. The set up is a breeze. The reporting is easy to understand. I can accept deposits or full payment, even Groupons and Living Social vouchers! WOW is really the best way to describe this service, or more to the point, solution. We fish more than 350 half day trips a year, all offshore, and in the wind. Taking a booking on the phone while backing down on a sailfish is what I have to do all the time. Not paying attention to the customer on the boat, or not effectively booking the customer on the phone, 20kt wind and 6 foot seas making this procedure hard at best... No longer a problem! Customers can see when we are available, prices, and options without a lengthy conversation, or sometimes no conversation at all. Some customers will book online and just show up the day of the trip.
