Absolutely! We use Rackspace's Managed Dedicated Hosting, with Critical Application Services. They offer a 100% Uptime Guarantee on their application and network platform. This also includes dedicated technicians, enhanced security, Monitored Around the Clock, and daily backups.

What If I am Not Interested in Processing Credit Card Payments?

No problem; BrightCalendar is fully functional even without the payment gateway connection.

Can I Use My Own Credit Card Processor?

Yes. You simply connect your merchant account to one of our supported gateways.

How Long Are My Bookings Stored In BrightCalendar

Your bookings and settings are stored indefinitely; we do not purge records. Only your actions can remove records (manually deleting, closing your account.)

Can I Export My Data?

Yes. BrightCalendar makes it easy for you to export your bookings and customer contact information. Records are exported in .pdf and .csv format.

Will This Work With My Website?

Yes. BrightCalendar works with any website. Since, it's a hosted application, there's no programming or special requirements. You simply copy and paste a small piece of code where you want the calendar to display.

Will The Cost Increase When It's Time To Renewal?

No. The maximum amount you'd ever pay is the regular price of the system at the time of sign up.
